Insurance
I participate in out of network insurance only. Your health insurance carrier may cover your psychotherapy services in full or part. I would suggest that you check your coverage and ask the following:
Do you have mental health benefits? If so, do you have in-network or out-of network benefits?
If so, is there a deductible and has it been met by other medical services other than mental health?
How many sessions per year does your health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Do you need approval from your primary physician?
Payment
Services are private‑pay. Insurance is not accepted directly; however, a monthly superbill can be provided upon request for out‑of‑network reimbursement.
Accepted payment methods:
Credit or debit card
Zelle
Venmo
Payment is due at the time of service.

Secure teletherapy sessions are available via a HIPAA‑compliant platform. Teletherapy fees are the same as in‑person sessions.
